It's Bloggy Giveaway time and I'm hosting my 1st giveaway!
My gifts include a $15 Gift Card to Starbucks, a set of note cards, and an embroidered kitchen towel. The towel will be one of the towels pictured embroidered with the Cup of Kindness and words of your choosing (some examples -if Gravity was your last name you might just want "Gravity" or "Gravity's Kitchen" OR you might want to choose the name of a friend).
To be entered, leave a comment telling me your favorite store (you can only pick one). I want to know where you love to shop. If you follow my blog or become a follower, you get an extra entry. But, please, leave me a separate comment indicating that you are a follower. Non-bloggers can participate but you must be sure I have a way to contact you. My favorite place to shop is Bath & Body Works in Gaffney,SC.
It's an outlet store whaich always seems to carry all of the retired items that I can never find in the regular stores.

Thanks for the great giveaway! I am not really a shopper but I will pick Starbucks and this is why it's my favorite. My 6 year old son and I go to Starbucks once a week as our "mommy/son" time to sit and talk. I get a vanilla bean and he gets a Hot Chocolate (Double Chocolate Chip Drink in the summer)With times so bad, this is one thing I refuse to cut our of our budget. This would get us 3 weeks worth of catching up free! Thanks for the chance!

Two years ago I moved to a place where the closest retail store (besides Walmart) is over two hours away... so shopping has become a rare indulgence. Choosing just one store is really hard. But if I had to choose just one... it would probably be Ten Thousand Villages (or one of its affiliates). They are fair trade distributors of amazing craft and home decor (as well as jewelry and bags) from all over the world. I love to wonder through their stores because it's a little like traveling the world and I love that you can feel good about your purchase, knowing that the person who made it was paid a fair wage.
My favorite store to shop at is Wal-Mart...only because that is what we can afford now a days! It has everything I need and is reasonably priced.
My favorite store is any bookstore. Used or New. Sometimes I have a hard time finding my way out of a bookstore so my friends won't take me anywhere near one.

We live in a pretty remote area with very little shopping. We drive at least 3 hours to the nearest majory center...and the reason we go there is so I can shop at Costco. I like that I can buy virtually everything I need at one location and get decent prices as well.

My absolute favorite place to shop, especially in these troubled economic times, is Half Price Books, which more than lives up to its name. I'm always able to find books, movies, and CDs, old and new, in great condition and for prices that can't be matched in any other store in my area. I always head there after school on Fridays and spend at least an hour browsing the shelves and stacks for hidden treasures, and HPB never disappoints!

I like to shop at the Grocery Outlet, they always have health food at cheap prices.
I've become a big fan of Kohl's now that they've opened one in our area. It's a fun place to shop and great prices, too!

I love Stein Mart they are kind of a cross between TJMaxx and Macys. They are more organized then TJMaxx but have really good deals.

My favorite store to shop at, happens to be the thrift store I work at. We get awesome things in & I buy pretty much all our clothes, books, shoes, toys & jewelry there. I also tend to buy the rest of our stuff at Walmart.
I love "HOME DEPOT", yep I said a home improvement store. I get creative when I walk down the aisles, I drool over all the new shiney, stoney, pretty things I want in my home. I dream.

Enchantments in Boothbay Harbor, Maine is my favorite. I used to go there on my lunch hour and de-stress when I was the library director in BBH. It is where I discovered most of the musicians I love listening to.
